The march Hoch Lienz! (also known as “All Heil”) is a very old East Tyrolean march. The unfortunately unknown composer has created a true jewel with this patriotic piece, which is a musthave for every march booklet. The first trio section in particular is captivating with its two differently arranged tenor horn melodies: in the first passage, the tenor register plays with the high brass in an octave-shifted arrangement; the repetition is followed by a notated, heroic countermelody. Everything reaches its peak in a common fortissimo final section. This beautiful street march has been rearranged by Pavel Franc exclusively for the MUNODI Edition, so that it may find its way into many marching books and electrify spectators and musicians alike.
